REFUND POLICY
At GEN Z STREET we strive to provide high-quality products.
All sales are final. For returns please see the policy below.
Returns, replacements or exchanges are not accepted
However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the product received is damaged or defective
- If the wrong product is delivered
To request a refund login to your customer account with your email id and raise a return request or contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). No returns will be accepted post 24 hours from delivery. Kindly Keep all the original tags, packaging etc. with the product.
No refunds will be processed for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
It will be at sole discretion of GEN Z STREET or accept or refuse returns. In rare cases where return is considered for the aforesaid reasons, we request you to give us 30 days to process the return.
After the refund is processed, refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 - 15 days.
